He is the founder and Managing Partner of ITB Solutions, a business consulting and technology firm focused on sales and growth. He has experience in designing and delivering effective Go-To-Market plans and specializes in value-based selling for dynamic, complex solutions.

Prior to founding ITB Solutions, he worked for Hewitt Associates, Aon, and Alight Solutions, serving clients such as eBay, BMC Software, BMO Financial Group, CIBC, KeyBank, Mylan/Viatris, Eaton Corporation, Parker-Hannifin, Allegheny Technologies, Estee Lauder, Goodyear, and The Timken Company.
