Martin Payne

Martin has spent over two decades working with early-stage venture capital-backed organizations and large publicly traded companies. He has lead teams that sell to every size company. Martin’s experience includes working as a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Vice President of Enterprise Sales, where he was responsible for implementing innovative strategies and solutions to drive revenue growth. He has been an organizational leader for two acquisitions, one IPO, and several mergers, giving him a strong background in leading change and driving culture during turbulent times.
Martin has worked across multiple industries focusing most of his energy on SAAS Technology and Human Resource services and employee benefits. He has led teams selling into SMB, Mid-Market, and Large Enterprise Organizations including Walmart, Google, Genentech, University of Chicago, Occidental Petroleum, Providence Healthcare, and Charles Schwab.
Education
Martin has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New College of Florida. He has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is in process on an Ed.D from The University of Southern California focused on Organizational Change and Leadership - His focus on his dissertation is Leadership Psychological Safety and how it can positively impact organizational performance.
Martin is based in Southern California.
