In her 25+ year career, Madeline has spent time on both the service and client side of Human Resources. Madeline worked for Hewitt Associates and Aon in HR consulting then moved into Sales and Accounts, leading the Carolinas Market team. She worked for Sonoco Products Company as the Staff VP, Human Resources, Americas and led Global Organizational Development at Sonoco.

 

Madeline has primarily worked in the manufacturing industry for the last seven years. While at Hewitt and Aon, Madeline worked across a number of industries including energy, financial services, hospitality, and retail, serving clients such as Duke Energy, Dominion Energy, BB&T, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HMSHost, Hanesbrands and Lowe's Stores.
