He has led end-to-end business transformation at large-scale commercial organizations, managed a $175M P&L, and played a key role in establishing product relevance in a highly competitive industry.

Andrew’s most recent roles have been held at Mercer, where he held key leadership position as Partner, U.S. Sales Leader for Mercer Administration. Later as Partner & Officer, U.S. Business Leader for Mercer Marketplace. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial and Growth Officer at Aptia, where he was instrumental in shaping the new company’s commercial strategy and market position.
