Previously, Mike was SVP, Strategic Partners & Sales at Hodges-Mace, a regional employee benefits/technology firm with 500 employees. He was instrumental in transforming Hodges-Mace into a national brand with sizable growth and positioned the company for a profitable sale to Alight Solutions.
