Her leadership delivered over 98% annual client retention. Her C-level relationships and board experience exceeded client growth and satisfaction targets. She has deep experience across benefits, HR Outsourcing,  payroll and ERP systems across all major industries.

At Aon Hewitt, she was a Partner and Global Account Executive leading the firm’s largest clients across outsourcing and consulting. She co-developed the global account program alongside APAC and EMEA counterparts and exceeded sales and revenue targets for six consecutive years.
