Manny Menendez is a forward-thinking, accomplished entrepreneur and business executive who thrives on driving the strategic growth imperatives of organizations. Manny’s experience in the healthcare industry spans 30+ years and encompasses a wide range of functions, including sales, marketing, strategy development & execution, client management and P&L accountability. In addition to traditional leadership roles, He serves on multiple Boards of Directors that are aligned with his passion for delivering much-needed, cutting-edge healthcare programs and services.

His life mission revolves around supporting organizations in solving their business issues as well as supporting individual professionals through the stages of their personal development. At present, Manny serves as a Partner at Sales Engine where he focuses on building and fine tuning an organizations’ sales engine. Additionally, he is focused on advising healthcare sector organizations on their strategic market positioning and distribution growth objectives.

Past roles include executive leadership positions at Hewitt Associates (acquired by Aon), Towers Watson (acquired by Willis), Bloom Health & Consumer Medical.

Education

Manny completed his Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. He also received his MBA, Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
