Mike is a collaborative Information Security and Technology executive with strong experience in building security programs, effective IT teams. He is adept at building the relationships required to ensure all aspects of security and technology are aligned to overall business objectives. Mike uses a unique balance of technical and leadership skills to help organizations shape and communicate technical direction in addition to enabling teams to successfully carry it forward.

Mike’s most recent roles have been held at US Cellular, where he served as a member of the extended leadership team as Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure and Security.  In addition to helping drive the company’s overall business strategies, Mike was responsible for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role as well as critical IT operational and delivery functions across infrastructure, data and application teams.

Education

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Roosevelt University as well as a Master of Science in Telecommunications with a focus on Cybersecurity.
